1) For the Utilities and API products, the steps are as follows:

(see #2 below for the steps to access invoices for a Clipchamp Create subscription)

Download Utilities or API receipts for your subscription in the account profile at https://util.clipchamp.com/profile.

To open the profile, log into your Clipchamp account, then click on the profile icon in the top right corner. A sample icon looks like this:

In the dropdown menu that appears, click onĀ 

In the account profile, scroll down to the Statements section.

This is where you can download the receipt for your current billing period as well as statements/invoices for all previous periods.

Download your current statement by clicking on the date.

And access previous statements by clicking on "Access previous statements".

Then download the receipts you'd like to save.


2) For the Create product, the steps are as follows:

To download receipts for a Clipchamp Create subscription, go to the account profile for this product at https://app.clipchamp.com/account.

Either click the link above or go to app.clipchamp.com, then click on your user icon.

In the drop-down menu that appears, click on Account Settings

Then, scroll down to the Invoice History section and download the invoices you'd like to save.

Note that we also send receipts for Create subscription signup and renewal charges to the email address we have on file for your subscription. If you haven't received these in your inbox, please check your Spam folder or get in touch with your company's IT department about their firewall settings. We've seen cases where our receipt notifications were filtered out like this.
