There are 2 options.

Option 1 - Essentials and M365 plans

If you're on the new Clipchamp Essentials plan or the plan that is included in your M365 personal or family subscription, when you go to the billing page of your Clipchamp account you will see this button:

Clicking it will take you to your Microsoft account's services & subscriptions page where you can adjust billing settings. In addition, please see this article about managing a Microsoft subscription.

Option 2 - Clipchamp legacy plans (Creator, Business, Business Platinum)

If you're on a legacy paid plan for our video editor and would like to update your billing details, you can do this on your Clipchamp account's Billing page at app.clipchamp.com/account/billing. Legacy plans include Creator, Business and Business Platinum.

To get to the billing page, click on the profile icon in the top right of the home page and select Settings.

Then, click on Billing.

In the Payment Method section of this page, click the Edit button.

If you don't see this section, it may be because we don't have a payment method on file for your account (e.g. because it's on a free plan). Make sure that you're logged into the correct Clipchamp account if you have more than one in place.

This opens an Edit payment details screen where you can enter a new payment method (PayPal or credit card), name, VAT (or other tax) number, and address details:

When you're finished entering your new credit card or PayPal details, click Save details. This will now be saved for future payments. 

You can also remove your billing details from the system entirely. Note that this will cancel any active subscriptions on the next renewal date unless you enter new payment details beforehand.
