Who can set up centralized payments for my team?
You can set up centralized payments if you're a team admin or billing admin of a team (learn about team roles here). That means no more separate payments or pesky reimbursements to organize.
Members in other roles (editor, viewer) cannot upgrade your team or payment details. If they attempt to do so, they'll receive a message asking them to get in touch with an admin.
Setting up centralized payments when you create a team
When you create a team and select a paid plan, you'll be prompted to pay with a single method. You can choose from Paypal or credit card.
Setting up centralized payments when you upgrade your team
When you upgrade your team from a free plan to a paid one, you'll be prompted to set up centralized payment during the upgrade process.
